Viqua UV Max PRO 10 — 10 GPM NSF Class A Ultraviolet Sterilization System
If you need a UV sterilization system for a residential or commercial application in an area where NSF Class A certification is required (such as Ohio), this is the system for you. If NSF Class A is not required for your application, we recommend our UV Dynamics 400E Sterilizer as a cost-effective alternative.
The UV Max PRO Series is NSF-certified and comes standard with a UV Intensity Monitor, Timer, Alarm Reset, Lamp Life Display & Alert, Digital Display, Cooltouch Kit, and Shut-off Valve. Every system ships complete with UV Lamp, Power Supply, Quartz Sleeve, and 316 Stainless Steel UV Reactor — everything needed for initial installation.
UV Max PRO Series systems eliminate 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, including chlorine-resistant cysts not detected in routine water tests (such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia).

How UV Sterilization Works
Ultraviolet light destroys harmful microorganisms by attacking their DNA, eliminating their ability to reproduce. Water passes through a watertight chamber containing a high-output UV lamp — microorganisms are exposed to a lethal dose of germicidal UV energy as they flow past. No chemicals are added, and taste and odor are unaffected.
