The Shark Cage upgrade delivers even greater flow capacity with a single-skin stainless steel cage that pushes debris to the side while capturing as much water as possible. The cage is self-ejecting when debris loads build — minimal maintenance required.

How It Works
- Rainwater enters the Maelstrom through either horizontal-facing coupling.
- Water enters the Primary Filter (J) — its curved design slows velocity by redirecting flow.
- A Secondary Filter (C) — a removable nylon mesh bag — captures fine particulates larger than 180 microns.
- Filtered water exits through the Filtered Water Outlet (F) and into the storage tank or connected pipe.
