Where it fits in a rainwater filtration system

For rainwater harvesting applications, our recommended sequence is this 5-micron polypropylene sediment filter, followed by a 5-micron carbon filter, then UV sterilization or Quantum Disinfection. This cartridge is the sediment-removal stage, not the disinfection stage.
