High-Quality, Long-Lasting Cistern Pump
The Franklin 10GPM cistern pump provides high performance and long service life for rainwater harvesting applications. Not to be confused with the C1 20GPM models (designed for septic tanks), the C1 10GPM is the only C1 model designed for residential primary water supply. The pump can pass solids up to 1/8" without affecting the internal hydraulic components.
The bottom suction design allows for maximum fluid drawdown without compromising durability, and it does not require a flow induction sleeve — just drop the pump in the cistern and you’re ready to go.
When to Use This Pump
This is the best choice for household water supply, solar-powered homes with inverters (pair with as large a pressure tank as possible for maximum efficiency), or drip irrigation. A pressure tank and an external pressure switch are required. We recommend a 20-gallon pressure tank for most applications. If space is limited, our Springer Series Automatic may be a better fit.
